Montana Arnica: For pain and/or trauma I dissolve 12 pellets in 32oz of distilled water. Give 3 times daily for 7 days.
Depending on the injury, continue at least once per day for 14-21 days or longer if needed. Works for surgery recovery, broken bones, sprains, etc.
You can also buy the cream for bruising. Apply immediately after receiving trauma, do not apply on open wounds.
Calendula Cream: I grow my own Calendula flowers and make my own salve. You can also purchase in any health food store.
Use it like you would neosporin for cuts, scrapes, burns, rashes, etc. I also use in the am and pm for chapstick and have never needed chapstick through out the day again. Works 10 times faster and better than neosporin.
Diatomaceous earth (DE) is the remains of microscopic one-celled plants (phytoplankton) called diatoms that lived in the oceans and lakes that once covered the western part of the US and other parts of the world.
How does DE work? Internally, when diatomaceous earth comes in contact with the insects or worms, the sharp edges lacerate the bugs waxy exoskeleton and then the powdery diatomaceous earth absorbs the body fluids causing death from dehydration.
